The University now seeks to appoint a Head of Records and Systems.
The person appointed to this role will lead the Admissions, Records, and Programme and Assessment teams, ensuring that processes are efficient, effective and support our students. They will manage the University's student systems and data, and will be the authoritative voice on issues relating to student records and the University's deployment of its student systems.
The role requires significant experience in managing and improving both systems and processes, and experience of managing and supporting teams with a broad range of administrative responsibilities. The ability to process and analyse complex information in order to produce detailed reports, guidelines, policies and procedures is essential for this position.
